Procedures for Requesting Maintenance Work Order

Work Order requests must be made using the work order form. 

 The form should be submitted to Superintendent and approved.

 

In Order for any work to be performed at a location, a "Work Order Request Form" must be completed and approved by the Principal at the local school.  Once it has been approved it should be forwarded to the Superintendent for final approval.  Only the Superintendent has the authority to submit work orders to Director of Maintenance.

Work will not be performed without work orders.
